  : Breakfast was very good despite the restrictions imposed by covid. The staff was responsive and very helpful. The view from the room was superb.
  : The room was relatively clean but poorly maintained. Light switches fell from the wall when touched. The toilet seat was stained. The trap door in the shower wouldn't close. The sink faucet was very old and difficult to shut. The blind on the door was soiled/stained. You couldn't open or close the curtain without the curtain rod falling to the floor.

  : Great location and wonderful team of people who were very attentive to our needs. Yannis in particular enriched our stay sharing his knowledge of the area, tips about hidden gem spots to visit and overall very pleasant and helpful approach.

Disappointing

  : The location is beautiful facing the caldera. Food delivered to your doorstep was very convenient. Gorgeous views and close to the city centre. Wifi was good. Indoor bathtub was fine- temperature was preset and could not be changed!
  : The check in was very stressful- I had informed Ill be bringing a car beforehand but was told to meet someone on the day - after meeting the man he suggested Just keep driving in circles till you find a spot. So thats literally what I did!! There were traffic jams and it was a crowded street. A few minutes later of trying I suggested there might be parking nearby Im sure, and then was informed of parking. That made me furious as I felt we had wasted so much time!!! If only I was told earlier about that stuff it would have made it so much easier. It was hot and humid and I have injuries already from beforehand so all this made it even worse. Nearby parking spots should had been made available at the time of booking on Google maps just like other hotels do so that check in is seamless. No basic amenities provided such as water in the fridge. There was one hand wash and another soap for a shower. Thats it! No moisturisers, nothing! For the price charged, it was such a disappointing experience and such a ripoff! Even basic hotels or suites provide better stuff. Will never stay again.

  : Not a great hotel, the terrace is right on the path with rubbish bins right in front of the entrance, the room does not have a window, and the door is see through from the outside....the room felt really damp. You have to checking in another hotel, which you are not informed about and have to figure out by yourself...much better options available in Imerovigli.

  : One of the best locations in Santorini with amazing views. The host is really kind and friendly. He helped us with everything possible including transfer and excursions. Cant ask for anything more.

  : Santorini is a great place, and Imerovigli is beautiful. It is a great town to stay at, with an amazing view. It is as picturesque as the photos would suggest. It is more quiet in September with fewer tourists, so there wasn't much waiting for restaurants.
  : The apartment is very old, grimey, and dirty. The hosts made an effort to meet us, but it was also difficult to find the apartment and took an extra 30 minutes. That's not a big deal relative to the quality of the apartment however, which resembled a Motel 6 and was horrific.
