  : The fact that BOOKING.COM lied to me. I submitted a request, Booking.com replied that the resort stated it would meet my request. When I complained to the front desk they had never received my request. Which a booking.com email stated it was approved. They showed me all the correspondence from booking.com to them. Will Not be using Booking.com anymore.

  : The room was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the pool was cleaned daily.
  : 1of The staff lied to me, the staff really has no general knowledge of the area in which they work, And or live. the handrails were nasty, the elevator that was working was horrible on the inside. The one that really got me was. I received emails from you folks a week prior to our arrival and there was never a notice at all in regards to the elevator not working in the north building. And I had sent an email off possibly one month prior to us Arriving, asking in regards to the elevator not working and never got a response at all. The woman at the front desk with the Glasses told me there were no other places available for us to stay Except for a room in the north building on the third floor where the elevator did not operate,and the one that they wanted to put us in had a terrible musty smell and the furniture was nasty. I made it clear to the maintenance manner of my displeasure and a 1/2 hour later. I get a phone call from the same woman in the office telling me. There was a cancelation and they had a room available in the South building. Sounds a little odd. After booking this place back in November I had sent the request off asking if we could have something on a lower level and the office staff replied with. We'll do the best we can that was completely disregarded. We were also told by some of the owners who reside there that the elevator that was broke has been that way for months staff told us it was only. About. A week or so.

  : We have been to Florida 5 time now in different parts of the state and this stay was the best.Our room , which was a corner room with a great view was ready, it was clean, Melbourne is a beautiful area, its clean and quiet.

  : Excellent accommodations, customer care and maintenance service!!! (Rebecca was awesome! When the coffee maker and a sliding door handle broke, Rebecca sent someone by in less than 15 minutes, and he quietly and efficiently took care of everything.) The apartment was very comfortable and spacious, the water pressure in the showers was amazing, and having a laundry room right there was extremely convenient. I would love to stay here again under more favorable weather conditions to fully enjoy the sun, the uncrowded beach, and spend some time in the water. We chose this location for its proximity to the ocean, and we were not disappointed!
  : The elevator in our building was broken. Although Rebecca got us a room on the 1st floor, because the parking for the units is below the units, we had to go up 2 flights of stairs to get to our rooms. I have mobility problems, so when we arrived, Rebecca sent someone to help us carry our bags up the 2 flights of stairs. Fortunately, the fact that we were at least able to leave the beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. inside our cars which were parked on the way to the beach, made hauling the beach stuff back and forth easier. The only other thing that put a damper in our vacation was the weather, because we couldn't go inside the water, but of course, that was beyond anyone's control. Maybe we'll have better luck next year...

  : I loved walking on the beach although it was covered with some kind of brown weed.
  : The elevator was out and it was very hard lugging heavy luggage up the stairs. Beside having to pay more than usual for my stay. Looks like I could have been given some kind of discount.
