  : We were a party of 5, so we had 2 beds and a pull out sofa bed. Was a little bit tight with us all being in there, but it was fine as a place to sleep. The pools were lovely and the larger pool with slides and the last river were great for the younger kids. Food at the pool was nice too and the kids options were ideal.
  : The service at reception on arrival was not great. I had been waiting in line for 10+ minutes to check in when I was finally called forward. I was literally 30 seconds into the check-in process when I was told to move aside as the person behind me in the line was a VIP guest or had some special point membership. So they took priority over me. Not a great experience.Our room was also situated next to the Air Conditioning pump for the building based on the noise that kicked in at 5am and then every 20 mins. This was my very early morning alarm clock and I had to complain about this as the noise was a joke. The manager offered us free breakfast as an apology which was fine, but not ideal when you are meant to be on a relaxing vacation.

  : Lazy river. ALL staff were great, including housekeeping. Having a fridge in the room and the ability to rent a microwave was great, especially since it was 121 degrees outside during our visit and the ability to reheat my coffee. Kcup pods with the coffee maker was great as well.
  : No directions to operate the water dispensers that were located all over the property. Had to ask housekeeping for assistance. The assistant(s) for the bike rental were hands off and did not help to get a bike out or in. A bit of a difficult task when in swimwear and flip flops.

  : Breakfast buffet was great. Multiple pool areas and outdoor activity options were excellent. Design of hotel and rooms is very nice and up to date. All of the guys working the valet service were amazingly helpful.
  : The entire hotel was hot. We were there when outside temps grew to 120. There was no escaping the heat, even inside. The first three nights we barely slept because our room was so hot. We woke up drenched in sweat. We called the front desk, each day they said they would send an engineer to come look but nothing was done. It wasn’t until our last night and a lot of yelling from my husband that they finally offered to move us. I wished they would have offered that to us sooner. We only got one good nights sleep.

  : For very simple stuff you should pay a big bucks. Like a bed beside the pool is $300 a day, for dog you pay $150, parking you pay $30 day. Breakfast too pricy ($40 per person)

  : Breakfast was ok but limited on kids variety not enough child friendly restaurants
  : Better children eating accommodation and more accountability at the pool side, more enforcement on kiddie pools. Their were too many situations where I was having issues with adults hitting or bumping into my children at the kiddie pool section. The adults were highly intoxicated near the children.
