  : Good location, friendly staff, decent price. place was outdated, but clean and those are really the only things i really cared about. Had open pool (very very warm though)
  : There were several things that couldve been better. 1st, outside the hotel rooms, the sheer heat was awful. There was NO air conditioning at all outside the room and the check in lobby. the temperature outside was upper 90 and it felt every bit of that inside the hotel. I noticed all the windows were open, so there must not be air in the building. This also resulted in all our vending machine purchases being melted. that is how hot it was in the halls. 2nd, the pool was very warm. We noticed the water being pumped into the pool was actually hot. im guessing that is to heat the pool, but that was way overdone for 100 degree weather. it was nice to have the pool, but everyone was talking about how it wasnt really refreshing. not sure why hot water was being pumped in. the 2nd big thing was that the other entrances were not locked. They all had signs stating they were locked for our safety and to use your card, but you could just just pull the door open. that is kind of an issue i think. Another along the same lines is that hotel room door did not close when entering or exiting. it would not latch. it would swing shut but not all the way. several times i left my room only to come back and the door was ajar. i had ot remember to actually pull it shut. should do this automatically. not sure if just my room or all rooms. No free breakfast items, just a $10 option to buy stuff.

  : Mix-up with credit cards between Booking.com and Ramada on registration. And although there was low occupancy, assigned room was far away from the front desk & dining room.

  : Place was clean. Room service cleaned and took out my trash, replaced coffee and travel shampoo/soap and towels. I left my wallet on the bed not knowing room service would come and they didn't take any cash so I was glad for that. Bed was comfortable. AC was cold. I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to me and I was happy because I had a 5 month old who slept on and off. The room was cute, too.
  : Wifi kind of sucked. They charged me for 2 breakfasts instead of the one. I never made a big deal about it.

  : The staff was very helpful, professional, and pleasant. One could tell that the staff did the best they could, but clean sheets and linens did not cover up the underlying issues.
  : The rooms were smelly and intentionally dark. The locks were loose and insecure. The facilities were in disrepair. I did not feel safe staying there, nor would I have been comfortable leaving my belongings in the room while we were out. Do not trust the photos of the property.
