  : Location. The grass was nicely mowed and the landscaping seemed nice. The hotel was in an excellent location, had really nice bike paths all around it, with a nice, very small park just a short distance away. The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is surprisingly very quiet even though it’s close to the interstate. It has a very nice presence to it on the outside, as it’s all brick. It does not look like a typical Comfort Inn.
  : The stairwells needed to be cleaned properly and updated. The bottom of the glass on the side door is spiderwebbed and needs to be replaced. The juice machine in the breakfast room isn’t draining adequately and one leaks excessively when getting juice. The trash bin in the breakfast room needed to be changed sooner, as it was full. The tv was a little glitchy at times. The cigarettes butts outside the property need to be picked up on a daily basis. Adding a cigarette bin would help with this, that way people wouldn’t be putting them on the ground to step on them. The covered carport where you pull up to the property has damage near the arch and needs to be repaired and repainted. The potholes in the entrance to the property need to be filled, and repaired or replace the asphalt. The hotel room door was a little sticky which could be a problem pulling it open in an emergency. Any damage to the walls (from people with suitcases etc.) need to be patched, mudded, sanded and painted.
