  : the hotel staff is unbearable. the hotel is dirty. everything written on the booking site is a lie. what you book you will definitely not get
  : first day of check in, we did not get our booked room. the information was that the room is occupied ?! it was not a pleasant conversation. we wanted to call the police. we wanted our money back for a hotel change. but we didn't stand a chance. we were horrified. they put us against the wall and it was already 21:00 in the eveningwe. We paid for a Lux room on the 5th floor and we got a very dirty room on the first floor. no hot water, broken shower, no heating,small sheet, small duvet and cold as helland the staff just lies. what you book for sure you will not get. don't make the same mistake we did. keep away from this hotel

  : The whole hotel was being renovated, so all day and on some nights, there was a lot of noise, there was also construction materials everywhere. There was no kettle in the room and although we were assured that hot water would be delivered when we wanted, it usually caused a problem. The owner had several huge arguments with guests who complained and then threw them out on to the streets. The price was very low but none of these conditions were explained before arriving. The owner is a terrible person and this hotel should not be on booking.com it is totally untrustworthy.

  : We stayed in the highest floor and it was very different with luggage. The bathroom was hard to sit or stand in. And the bed had a broken leg

  : It is not in a condition to be called accommodation at all. I cannot comment about this.
  : Firstly I booked double room and the upgraded to triple (as my companion increases in number), but upon check-in the first stay in Istanbul welcomed me with the followings:1. The hotel was being renovated all the building except for the top 5th floor (where they rented out rooms on this floor).2. I was naturally unsure to stay but the reception hurried me to pay but I requested that my room be cleaned and checked before I pay. 3. After 2 hour of waiting for the room to be cleaned, I was escorted to the double room. they insisted that I booked double room while still charged me triple room price. their reasons are 1) they only got info from Booking that I booked double, not triple: 2) there were no more choice as the building was being renovated. That being said, they insisted I only had 2 options : 1) to enduringly accept the condition and stay in such a herrible state (still, in a dirty nasty double room at a price for triple). or 2) leave and be fined for no-show. As the attached photos may speak for themselves, The property was miserable as if you are to sleep among dusty /unhealthy construction site or a workers camp - absolutely humiliating conditions and unbearable. I turned down to stay although they said I,d be penalized for no-show. How am I supposed to decide in with all theses happened?

  : The hotel was close to most of the tourist attractions (blue mosque, hagia sofia, topkapi palace), also close to metro line (650 m walking distance).
  : The room was occupied even though it was booked earlier. The AC was not working. Though the sea view room was booked, it was not provided. Free breakfast was not included as it was shown on site. The breakfast facility available was very limited, not continental.

  : the receptionist was helpful with us with information and with luggage. He also gave us a good room for our second stay with them according the preferences we mentioned to them. With nice oriental furnishing with comfy bedsThis hotel's location is one of a kind. It is in the middle of old town of Istanbul with beautiful walk to many of the touristic places, it is also close to many shops and bazzars with a nice seaview from our room. And a short walk to the tram.Wonderful choice for this price. I'll definitely visit again after this stay.
  : I wished this hotel have an elevator to help us get our luggage up to the room. Bathrooms was so small.
