  : The view from our room was absolutely amazing, and made up for all the small shortcomings for the rate charged. Will never forget the view. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable.
  : Waited 1-1/2 Hours to check in after check in time, they did however make up by letting us check out a bit later, but waiting for the room to be prepared after a long day can spoil your initial perception of a Hotel, First impression counts. Breakfast was not really that impressive, Traditional Turkish Breakfast would be a nice feature.

  : I loved almost everything about this hotel. Beautifully and elegantly furnished rooms which are very spacious, clean and comfortable. They took great care with hygiene which I appreciated. There is also a nespresso machine. The view from the room (I was in room 26) was lovely. I could see the Bosphrous Bridge and from Ortakoy to Rumeli Hisari on the Europe side. It was quiet and I did not get disturbed by any noise from staff or guests. The breakfast is table service and has good portions. The view is also nice from the breakfast room. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, from front of desk to breakfast staff. They made my stay comfortable.This is a luxurious hotel but without being too opulent and pretentious. The location is good. Çengelköy is walking distance and the main part of Üsküdar town is a short bus or car drive. The must see Çamlıca Cami is also only a short bus or car drive away. The local area has some nice restaurants and cafes. There is a little mosque next door with some beautiful tilework and a view of the Bosphorus at the back. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return here next time I am in Üsküdar.
  : The room could have benefited from an iron, a kettle / tea making facilities and bottled water. The coffee cups were taken and not replaced. Housekeeping staff (male) entered room without knocking or seeking permission which was quite uncomfortable. There was no fruit at breakfast.
