  : the property was clean and location was very good.
  : The reason why I am giving lower mark for this acc is because there are no home rules. People are hanging at the reception until early in the morning (2,3am). Our room was at ground floor and we couldnt sleep. In my opinion this is very big problem that must be resolved, and thats why I wouldnt recommend this hotel. Also they put us in Hotel Divas, next door hotel although we reserved Hotel Morgan.

  : I liked the location of the hotel, because it was walking distance to everything you wanted to see.
  : It was very bad, the room was not as i had expected and how they described it even though I hade upgraded it to a standard room. The room was small, the blanket on the bed was not in a good condition and so the pillows was so worn out and in not a good condition. The AC was not working properly in that hot temperature, the "cable tv" was a joke... and it took them 4 dayes to give me an some thing so I could boil water in the morning for the coffee or tea. I went to the market and bought the spoon, fork and knife so I didn't need to go and ask the reception so they needed to tell me sorry we don't have but we will fix for you. When i was checking out I left the things I bought in room for the next guest so they didn't need to go through what I did...!

  : The room didnt look like the advertised one and was at a nearby hotel. The bathroom smelled and was full of limescale and rust, the toilet flush was broken, there were ants in the room and there was a lot of hair on the clean towels they provided (photo of the hair we took out of them here). Definitely not a 3-star hotel.
