  : Receptionist Cagre was helpful to help us with some room 'hiccups' though we felt bad for troubling him but he assisted us well. Breakfast was simple but it's good enough for us. On the whole, we had a pleasant stay.
  : Room door is a bit challenging to open and the sensor lights off too soon before I can unlock the door.

  : I didn't like the breakfast at all... Too small place to eat breakfast... In the meantime, there is no seats and those who have taken the seats and finished the breakfast are not bothered at all that someone is waiting for to eat... They continue talking and no one draws attention to it...So we only ate once...other days we were forced to eat out...

  : We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Staff member Cagri was incredibly friendly and helping. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities.

  : Initially the accommodation tried to double charge but thankfully that did not happen.Upon check in, we came across a horrible situation, since the room was dirty (trash on the ground, the toilet was filthy). Moreover, one plug was broken which was very dangerous for our 2 yr old child.The room was supposed to have a baby cot, which it did. But it was completely broken and dirty without bed sheets making it impossible to use.We of course asked the hotel to clean the room and maybe offer a new baby cot, but they were unable to help.They refused to refund our money back, and on top of that marked our reservation as a no show, fearing of our bad review.Last but not least , they had a taxi service for the transportation to the airport , which it's price was 50% higher than the usual taxi!

  : Dirty, breakfast is bad. Images are way better than it looks like in person. Cleaning practically not exist. Booking rating is a scam, Google rating shows the real value.

  : Although we booked a room with balcony, we were accommodated in a room in the basement which was really beautiful, very nicely decorated (as well as the hotel "lobby") and had a large terrace. The staff was nice and we really liked the breakfast (we spent just one night there so we didn't mind that it is probably every day the same plate it is not a buffet).
  : Once we opened the bathroom door, the smell of the sewer system was everywhere. It was very unpleasant, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. Worse was our sleep. Actually, even with earplugs you could hear people walking (stomping!) in the room above or on some stairs near our room. Every time someone was returning to the hotel we could hear them stomping on the stairs or what? Actually, there is a lift in the hotel... If we didn't have this experience of noise and smell, we would rate the hotel 10. Also, we could hear the receptionist's TV in our room. One more thing. We paid the reservation right after we booked it but the hotel wanted to charge us a few days before our arrival again. Allegedly it was a system error. The issue was luckily solved before we arrived but the communication in English wasn't very easy on WhatsApp.
