  : Location was perfect -5 minutes from Galata bridge. The room for three was huge on the 7-th floor with a view of the 1-st bridge across Bosphorus.
  : The hotel is a bit neglected in terms of cleanliness,towels,sheets.Breakfast too simple even for turkish hotels - no soup. A bit noisy in the evening.

  : We had ants in the bedsheets, wasn't well cleaned. No trash bin except a really small one in the bathroom.

  : Very bad and dirty hotel, bed sheets and blankets pillows very dirty and they refuse to clean toilet and they said this is not our policy to clean after guests and they refuse to bring the food from their restaurant to room, only the location only. My mom watch stolenadvise everybody to not book this dirty hotel

  : Everything from the minute you enter the hotel, rooms are horrible, very dirty, old-fashioned, toilets smell like sewage, no cold water at all, couldn't flush toilets, broken windows, had to change rooms 4 times omg one worse than the other, floors have never been cleaned, linen never changed ,we put towels for wash and the same towels were put back on the rack. Breakfast was an absolute disaster no variety of food to choose from at all . Very unfriendly staff with very very bad english. Noise in hotel at night time is terrible. The lift can only fit 1 person and the lift broke multiple times. We paid for the deluxe room. Do you call a deluxe room broken toilets and windows no cold water dirty linen, towels and floors? Holes in the walls and wallpaper ripped . NEVER EVER will i recommend this hotel to somebody!

  : This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.Very uncomfortable and sketchy.
  : Worst staff. Worst customer service. Unclean. Found bugs in the mattress and found cockroaches in the room where we had breakfast everyday. I bought a SIM card for 700tl from the front desk and the guy working there told me its unlimited and it will never end. Less than a week later it ended and we tried talking to them but they said that their staff mentioned that the SIM card would lock after a week which was true. No one told me this.
