  : The location is good, inside is quite and the bed is comfortable too.The people who work always help full they give you what you need to feel at home. Mustafa and serdar are very friendly.

  : The location is great, near Galata tower and all the sights. Keep in mind this is a busy area so not very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is a great living area and 2 full bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Great for extended stay!
  : The hot water was not working the first day and we were told it will be fixed in an hour but it took all day as a result we could not take a shower on arrival and obviously this was a huge downside. No refunds or apologies were offered. The laundry facilities downstairs are available for 10 euro which would be a plus except the washer left all the stains in the clothes and the dryer had to be ran 4 timers and the clothes were still a bit wet after:( We were not allowed to use the rooftop lounge area that is featured in the pictures to have tea, even though the dining room staff told us yes, the gentleman from the reception came up and told us to leave because we are not allowed to use it. So we had to throw out the birthday cake we wanted to share that morning and leave:(
