  : the property was spotless and ideally located for Rhodes town
  : didnt sleep well as the pillows were too high, couldnt sleep without one either. safe was locked couldnt use. the reception staff said we should have went down and notified them, we did on the first morning but nothing done and card for door stopped working a few times

  : The hotel restaurant was great. the food was great, and the entire staff has done a great job in service. the location is fairly close to the airport and to Rhodes town, and it's very convenient.
  : the rooms are not very comfortable. we had a problem with the light in our bathroom, and the shampoo container which was supposed to be attached to the wall inside the shower fell, and was not fixed properly by the staff. further more, we were expecting a double bed, and we got 2 beds "attached" together, and they kept drifting apart. when we asked for a different room, where the bathroom light works properly, the shampoo container is properly attached to the shower wall, and most important the bed is a double, as we booked in the first place, we were politely denied our request. this was disappointing, and effected poorly on our vacation.

  : The staff here were very patient and lovely considering they were rushed off their feet 24/7 at a fully booked hotel. The drink choices were good in comparison to similar all inclusive hotels, loved the greek sparkling wine!
  : The hotel was just so rammedevery single sun bed around the pool had been reserved with a towel before i even woke up at 8am the beach was a bit chaoticit was just quite chaotic and difficult to figure out what to do with yourself. It would be good if towels left alone on sunbeds for more than an hour were removed some people seemed to stick their towel down then disappear for the day, meaning others who just want to chill for an hour or two have nowhere to sit and relax

  : I really liked the kindness of all the staff from the hotel. The location was great(nearby the airpord as well as Rhodes town).In addition to that, there are many activities you can do inside the hotel!
  : We always had to wait for the elevator because so many people were using it.
