  : Breakfast was mediocre. The charge was a surprise. Usually there's some type of breakfast without charge. 1 person doing absolutely everthing from coffee to prep to payment and delivery of food. Long wait for each.
  : Facility is run down and needs refurbishing. Generally flooring in the hallways a rooms look grungy and the facility is below average as hotels in this price point.

  : The rooms are extremely outdated and also found two large roaches crawling in my room. Also, the bathroom was very dirty hair was all over the place that didnt belong to me. When using the bathroom, the towel rack fell apart, and fell on my arm.

  : Nothing about this hotel or visit was anything I expected. I was very disappointed and unhappy
  : Everything about it. I had a dirty room and waited over two hours to get that. Trying to get my money back through booking.com and was given a hard time to do and trying to explain my situation and on top of that, between them and the hotel they made me miss out on a wedding that I was in because I had to wait on them. I lost money with the wedding and with getting this room. The key card wouldnt work to any entrance of the doors, I had to keep walking to the main entrance. the carpet in the room had big nasty stains, the room had mold in the windows and on the wall. Peoples out in the pool until like 12-1 in the morning screaming and laughing which made it hard to rest. The hotel manager was rude and nonchalant. No one had customer service and didnt care or respond to my complaints. I just end up leaving at like 5am in the morning because I couldnt take it anymore and still trying to request for my money back. Talk about bad business. Never again!!!
