  : Modern room, swimming pool in the garden., Parking space. good restaurants in the harbour, 10 min walk.
  : the beach 12 min downhill walk but manageable. The host was rather unfriendly with another guest (but fine with us). Many kids noisy during the day.

  : The landlords were really nice, they also brought us fresh fruits from their garden and we could buy their own olive oil.
  : The kitchen could be equipped a bit more (coffee, tea, sugar, etc.)

  : Authoritative host that can make you to feel uncomfortable. Jumping to the swimming pool is not allowed because water is pouring out - try to explain this to your children during long-awaited holidays. Also, there is no need to stress beforehand that party and drinking after 23:00 is not allowed while we just want to have grill dinner with family. Checkout is at 9 a.m. and is not negotiable (thankfully we were allowed to leave our cars few hours longer which was good).

  : It was placed in a silent location, 5 min walking from the port and most restaurants, 15 min walk to Jezera beaches. It has a big courtyard with enough parking space. There is also a small pool and nice space to stay in the evening, there is also a barbecue - but we did not use them.
  : The beds did not have the best mattress, it was way to soft, luckily I was so tired this did not matter so much.

  : The appartament was clean and with wifi.
  : The hostess is very strict with the check in time, we informed her that we would arrive 20 minutes after 10 pm due to local transport and she accepted. But then she cancelled our booking for not arriving on time. After long negotiations with her and booking customer service, we managed to get her to respect our reservation for the other days. She asked us uncomfortable questions about the reason for our visit to Jezera, because she did not want anyone with the intention of participating in the Garden Festival, due to the prejudices she has about these people. He also demanded that we pay her a large sum of money in cash. During our whole stay she and her family were there all the time at the swimming pool and common areas, constantly asking us when we were going to pay her. The flat has only one room, with very basic decoration, without any extras such as water, tea or coffee. Bad value for money.

  : Clean room, easy access to the pool.
  : There was a small, closed room in our apartment, where we were prohibided to go. Turns out, that inside the room was some engineering equipment for the whole building, and it made a constant whirring noise for about 10-12 hours a day. Including during the night, so every night we slept with earplugs. There was no way of turning the noise off, and it made our stay in this apartment pretty unpleasant.
