  : room was very small we hardly could walk in the room, it was for three adult but I had to book another room in another hotel which was cheaper and better from this one just to sleep. they even didnot offer any additional room at the same hotel with reasonable price breakfast was very limited

  : The room tooooo small although I paid for 3 adults. The best in otel is the receptionist (Ahmet ) he is an outstanding supporter for all the guests. He made the Otel so good To the extent that I didnt dare to complain about the mattress of the bed . The spring of the mattress is staking out that I couldnt sleep. The value of the room ( 16 square meters) is no more than 10% of what I have paid. Uozingol business people have destroyed the reputation of the Uozngul where tourism will badly impacted. Again Mr. Ahmet in the reception was the best as well as the location. I didnt regret the money only because of these two things. Thanks

  : Very good location, Mr Ahmed in the reception was very helpful.
  : One of the room had dummy window (Fully closed from the back). So no AC and no fresh air in the room. When I complained, they told me we can not change the room. This is same as pictures in booking.com and you complain to them. Also very hot and noisy when it is raining. Breakfast very simple and same every day. After a lot of fighting the next day they cut the wall behind the window.

  : We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and All was perfect. Staff were very kind and welcoming.
  : It would be more comfortable if air conditioner or ventilation available at the room. And the property may consider to add electric kettle.
