  : The location is very far away from the main city. The only good thing was that Bonus shopping mart is within 5min walking distance.
  : The owner of the hotel were rude and very disrespectful. I think it is run by 2 old couple- husband & wife. First, they dont speak English which was a real inconvenient. Second, when I asked if they provide shampoo, the wife answered that they dont take bath for days because of the cold weather so they cant think of shampoo. I would have understood with a simpleNo too. Third, it was cold so i turned my heater on to warm the room, just then i heard that someone was at the corridor so i went out to check if i could ask for some towels as there is no room service there, it was the old lady and when she handed me the towel, she felt that my room is too warm and she immediately came into my room without my permission and turned off the heater and opened the windows and created a chaos saying that i will burn the hotel like this. We went blank because we couldnt understand what was happening. She even took off the plug of my laptop and asked me to charge it somewhere else. I was using an international adapter to charge my laptop and she thought i was using something else to burn down her rooms. Next day, we were told that we have not paid the hotel amount though we had already made the full payment before check in. Over the WORST experience ever. The thing she did was really very disrespectful

  : Owners were great, very helpful. Parking easy. Near main roads and pretty central to explore everywhere
  : Rooms and beds were small. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Not the cleanest.

  : The hotel is nice, basic for a night or two, nothing fancy.
  : The gentelman at reception the ruddest that I have encountered in my trip to Iceland. No manners at all.

  : No glasses in the room, staff under the influence of alcohol after 10 p.m., wake-up by a fire alarm, incredibly cramped room.

  : Hotel had everything you need. Nice clean room with a good bed. Had a waterfall shower and the hot water did not stink (like it does in most of Reykjavik)
  : One bin was not emptied before we arrived but not a big deal.
