  : Nothing impressed us, and nothing was standing out for us to say it was a nice stay. The best thing they had was probably free wifi and free parking. My experience for everything else in this location was awful.
  : On the morning of April 26th and 27th, we(my wife and I) woke up with bites on our body and face, which we believe appear to be either bed bugs or some kind of mite. See attached photos for your reference. I complained about the issue last night to the front desk, but the hotel was fully booked and the staff there could not move us to another room. The staff at that time at the front desk informed that there have been bedbug issues in other rooms in the past, but those were from the 3rd floor and this was the first he has heard from the 2nd floor. The best they could do at the time was to provide me with new sheets, which I had to fit on myself. I did use the new sheets as I figured it was the best option for that night given how late it was. However, we woke up the next morning with even more bites on our bodies. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

  : I told you already the only reason I booked this room was because there was supposed to be a hot tub in the swimming pool area. Your website promised one. There was no hot tub. I made your people aware of this and was treated with suspicion.

  : i liked the location of the hotel
  : i asked for top floor and got bottom. Super noisy, beds where uncomfortable. the bath tub had hair still in it paint was pealing off the walls both in room and in hallways.

  : Breakfast was great. Lots of waffle toppings. Clean and organized. Whirlpool in room filled fast!
  : Lobby toilet flushed slow/weakly. Bed wasn't to our liking, but was fine. Surprised wifi wasn't included. We usually like to connect our laptop to the TV and stream.

  : Wish the hot tub was not closed down. And the thicker curtains would close all the way instead of the the sheer curtains. Had to use to clipped hangers to block out the street and parking lights.

  : The location was easy to get to I like that it wasn't downtown anywhere
  : We had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. Carpets were dirty. There were quite a few Asian beetles flying around in the room above our heads. Went to the pool to have a swim there was people in there that had music playing so loud that we couldn't enjoy it.

  : The room was in bad repair. The sofa was heavily stained, the sofa bed was broken and was unusable, the chair and floors were stained as well. Pool room was uncomfortably warm.
