  : Had an excellent stay at Kiani with three adults and a 15 month old. There were some particular stand outs: Food: My wife and I are vegan and I am also Gluten Free. Naturally, this can often make food very difficult (especially in all inclusive). However, there were always some options in every day (Lots of carbs and veg, but occasionally kidney beans/chickpeas etc). What was the real stand out though, was that the Chef was more than happy to accomodate us and talk us through all of the vegan options in every meal. Additionally, he would make gluten free vegan pancakes every morning for us, GF cornflakes, and a GF vegan dessert at meal times. Almond milk and chocolate alpro soya was also available. This was hugely appreciated! (There is also an organic food shop in nearby Kalyves which sells tofu/oat milk etc). Staff: The staff at Kiani were incredible. Very accommodating and friendly and great with kids. The real stand out was Paola one of the members of the waiting staff. She was absolutely excellent with our son theo and we hope that management are aware of how great she is! Beach: Beach was lovely, water was great, always were sun beds available. Pools: With so many pools to choose from there was always a place you could get that wasn't too busy. Swim lanes were often free. Room: Family room was large, had all the amenities you might need and was very clean every day.
  : Although the food exceeded expectations, it would be really good to see a vegan protein source at every meal (Beans, legumes, tofu, chickpeas etc). Pools: The pool water was really quite cold but you do acclimatise to it (The first day is chilly!) Spa: We would have loved to have used the Spa but it was VERY expensive in comparison to other local spa's and massages.

  : The resort is beautiful however back in may the resort was in a much better state. Check in and check out procedures are quite easy and customer friendly
  : I was given a room exactly next to the restaurant. By 6am you could hear the staff rolling their carts with the utensils and teacups clattering. In front of my balcony, there was always a table prepared for guests meaning that I had no privacy whatsoever as people are eating their breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Upon departing, I asked for a late check out, for which I knew I had to pay extra, however the receptionist said that the hotel was fully booked. At the time, I thought that was fair. However the room wasn't even occupied after we left, so this could have been easily offered. This was my second time at Kiani, and you differentiate the stays between May and October. Having a returning tourist, I would have expected that at least the late check out would be offered in view that we did 5 days constantly waking up to the staff pulling their trolleys.
