  : The breakfast, staff and position are very good.
  : The rooms cleaning was not good, the carpet was dirty with a lot of small things and grapes seeds. The childrens bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

  : Nice spa zone, several saunas, jacuzzi, salt cave etc. Great breakfasts with loads od options, also dinner a la carte was really good.
  : There was not enough space where to dry towels and swim suits. Also housekeeper entered the room without asking when we were sleeping in the morning.

  : The hotel exterior and interior and the garden around - all looked amazing. The breakfast was good with a good selection of the food. The staff was friendly, they even said they didn't have the room we booked, so they offered the upgrade with a bigger space and a separate bedroom. The bathroom was exceptionally clean with a lot of towels and spa bathrobes.Must admit, the SPA zone was quite good, all like in the pictures. I wish the pool was a bit larger.
  : The room was indeed spacious, but without air conditioning, and even simple ventilation, seen it only in the bathroom. No heating radiator, not sure how the room was heated at all, though it wasn't cold, just a bit chill. Whenever we came into the room from the corridor, we clearly smelled a strange odor of mustiness. We observed the spots of mold on the ceiling in several places, and large dark water stains on the carpet near the window in the bedroom. Those were hidden by the curtains. There was a dehumidifier device near the window. Nice attempt but seems like it was too late and moreover the device was quite noisy. A toilet in the bathroom was unusually small and placed very weirdly towards the shower cubicle. A heated towel rail was small and barely warm from time to time, so it was hard to dry something over the night there. I'm not sure how such a room can even be offered for the booking. Despite palace-like luxury, the room clearly doesn't meet standards for air ventilation and heating.

  : Outdated interior design. We were expecting a combination of modern and vintage decor. Meanwhile we ended up in a dark, depressing, pontifical room. If we stayed longer than two days we would move to a different facility.

  : The dinner from the card menu, I would expect better quality. It looked amazing, however the quality was not adequate to the price, I'm not talking about quantity but quality. The service made up for the quality of the meal. This was unexpected because the breakfasts were delicious
