  : Not kids friendly! The hotel have a kids club but our 3.5 year old kid were not allowed to play there. The service in the reception- we waited 2 hours after the flight with kids in the lobby because of a mistake in the order which we had emailed and Confirmed with the hotel before the arrival - and we were required to pay additional 240 EUR in order to proceed and get to our roomsThe room shower & toilets have a glass door - no privacy The beds arent comfortable No hot water in the morningBreakfast is moderate and no vegan options

  : The location and sea view are marvelous. Access to all available facilities is excellent. The food was exceptional especially breakfast and the staff was extra friendly and helpful. Nearby town is very close and at walking distance and generally the hotel can serve both as a greatly sufficient place to stay in and enjoy the beach, the several pools etc as well as a starting point to explore the whole island in every direction. I would definitely recommend it.
  : Probably a bit less activities with loud music and coaching through loudspeakers. Room service and dinner could be available for a bit longer. WiFi and cable reception could be improved.

  : The view was nice, the pool and the beach are very beautiful. Friendly staff.
  : We booked a junior suite, which was on the 1st floor right above the restaurant. We were awaken at 7am every morning because the chairs were making a horrible sound and you were hearing them all day long and till 10pm when the dinner finished. We asked to change rooms but they said they were fully booked.The facilities were okay, but a bit outdated. The fridge was making a very loud sound all night, we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Same with the AC - it kept turning on and off (every few seconds) no matter which setting we put, and the noise of this was very annoying during the night. The drawers in the wardrobe could barely open and the bed was quite uncomfortable.The food was particularly bad, but we didnt expect much from a hotel (so we mainly ate outside). Not many local choices, the menu is completely meant for Italian guests - always pizza and pasta. We tried many dishes, most of them were so bad we couldnt even eat them (meat, risotto, yoghurt & butter which we think went bad for staying out so long & reused each day).

  : Nice hotel but in general as it hosts mainly big groups and its not nice during breakfast or in the other facilities (pools etc). Certainly not value for money.
  : Cleanness, breakfast and too expensive for what it offers.
