  : Very good location for a guiet vacation. Lovely terrace with sun beds in the ground floor studios. Amazingly nice staff, especially kind and friendly Xenia the cleaning lady.

  : The owner was nice, he gave us advice where to go on an island, what to visit. He even gave me the present for my birthday which was very kind.

  : The location was great as the studios are literally a stones throw away from the beach. I could walk out of the back door and be on the beach in 5 minutes. The area is fairly remote and will suit anyone who wants a quiet getaway. A car is highly recommended as the properties are located at the far end of Kos, and the property will hire you one. The studios are fairly compact, without being cramped, but I found that I had everything that was needed, with a Supermarket across the road from the property. Will suit one or two persons looking for a beach type holiday well. N.B. I found, on my first trip to the islands, that swim shoes are essential to fully enjoy the beaches!
  : Minor dislikes only, but I found noise transference a problem as I am a light sleeper. The properties are rated as family friendly which may, or may not, suit everyone.

  : Stunning sea view from the room terrace. Very clean and well equipped. Room on the first floor without private patio (the one in the first pictures on Booking), but with nice balcony overlooking the beach (see my picture).
  : When adding a third bed, the space in the room is very limited.

  : Very noisy room, next to the road some noise is normal but this is like sleeping in a tent next to the road. Beds where ok but too short for me.

  : We booked the room according to photos here - but the room was not at all the same! The studio should be with the terrace and sunbeds and see side, but they offered us a room on main road side without any terrace. We cancelled it!
