  : The room was terrible… there stains on the carpet…also stains on wall in the bathroom…and the TV did not work our entire stay of four days. Staff was the only good thing about our stay.

  : Bed was comfy, air was cold
  : Hair in my shower, mildew on shower floor, children running around very loudly until 10:00 ( group of 8 preteen children). Front desk comforted and on 3 rd try they stopped. Maids came in to nieces room and gathered all their stuff up and cleaned room at 11:00. We had been to eat and came back to get dressed for an event, giving them nowhere to change or feed their baby. Management didn’t seem to care. Check out was at 12 and no keys were handed in or no check out done. Very very inconvenient and unprofessional
