  : The location.It asks to write 2 to 3 sentences for whatwe did like but sorry to say that I cant.
  : Dishwasher door fell off the 1st day, 3 maintenance people came and it never got fixed so I was doing dishes for 6 daily.Hot tub was filthy & didnt get clean till the day before we left...we stayed 7 days.I also had to do laundry DAILY for 6 people because we were only given 1 towel and 1 wash cloth person...there were 6 of us for a full WEEK...could have at least offered linen exchange or something....i could have stayed home if I wanted to do dishes and laundry DAILY FOR 6 PEOPLE!!!The people above us definitely did NOT adhere to quiet time!!

  : THIS LOCATION WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. THE ACTUAL LOCATION IS NOT --- NOT --- THE "SOUTHERNMOST RETREAT, IT IS THE "DUVAL STREET RETREAT" AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SOUTHERNMOST RETREAT 4 BLOCKS AWAY.
  : THIS LOCATION WAS FALSE ADVERTISING. THE ACTUAL LOCATION IS NOT --- NOT --- THE "SOUTHERNMOST RETREAT, IT IS THE "DUVAL STREET RETREAT" AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SOUTHERNMOST RETREAT 4 BLOCKS AWAY. EVEN OUR CAB DRIVER FROM THE AIRPORT WASN'T AWARE OF ANY DUVAL RETREAT AT THE SOUTHERNMOST, AND THE SOUTHERNMOST CONCIERGE POINTED US DOWN THE STREET AFTER WE ENTERED THERE, FORCED TO WALK 4 BLOCKS WITH LUGGAGE TO THIS AWFUL "DUVAL STREET RETREAT". 1124 Duval Street, Key West Fl Condo unit B UNIT IS NOT AS ADVERTISED While the condo at 1124 Duval St apt C has some nice featuresit has numerous issues that were not what we expected as per the advertisement: - Unit IS NOT located at the Southernmost Resort!!! - No cable tv as advertised called the office and they promised a fix but the maintenance people never showed up 8/27 and only arrived the morning of 8/28 after we called again...then to tell us "oh it's not cable tv, its basic antenna tv only"...,THE AD SAID CABLE! o Hot tub filthy cloudy water (bacteria!) needs filters/chemicals. Upon return to the condo tonight at 05:20pm, NOTHING has been done. o Blinds over sofa broken & window screen outside in damaged. Upon return to the condo tonight at 05:20pm, NOTHING has been done. o Parking pass is for wrong unit C we are in B. Upon return to the condo tonight at 05:20 pm, the pass we left for the local management to exchange as they promised (Mr. Andre Nistor) on the kitchen table is not replaced with the correct Unit C pass. o Bedroom closet sliding door track rusted & sticks in places. Upon return to the condo tonight at 05:20pm, NOTHING has been done. o Beds not the best seem like old Motel 6 beds one near bathroom squeaks all the time. Really, these need replacement. A safe in the bedroom would not open bc the closet door blocked it!
