  : Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and up to date. Staff was very helpful and friendly! Location was convenient.
  : The room needs updating. Some furniture was old and the floor and rugs seemed worn in their apoearance. In light of this, thir price seemed a little high.

  : I came from South Africa to the Ukraine. It was very difficult as i can not speak Russian. The staff at Gubernia made me at ease very quickly and helped me a lot. Oksana helped me to get around and showed me how to get by. You are amazing. Thank you for the special care you gave me. The new chef is excellent. The staff is warm hearted and made sure i was happy. We did not only became friends but it feels like family. They made me feel very special. My thanks to Oksana, Inna, Margaretta and Olga. Everyone in Gubernia will have a special place in my heart always. I will always come back here when i can.
  : Everybody and every place is different. Opinions as well. Everybody running a business will always try to improve if he wants to stay in business. My take is that they want to improve on a little shortfalls here and there.

  : Towels were dirty,they brought dirty towels after our request.The room floor was dirty, they never clean even we request many times.Second day, no water to wash hands and shower.They brought plastic bottles into rooms for cleaning.Terrible breakfast(spagetti,meatballs,smashed potatoes etc) we bought something else from nearest market and drink coffee and tea onlyI will never go again.BECAREFULL when you will go this place

  : Parking for additional cost. No matter that it is just territory of hotel and you can leave auto on free parking outside, but you will need to walk with luggage to it.Old furniture and linens.Overall atmosphere in hotel.
