  : Worst booking ever!! From waiting an hour and 30mins to check in after traveling is an inconvenience!! Door lock not working and having to be let in manually each time. Garage key fob didn’t work! Housekeeper hung up damp towels . There was a washing machine and dryer full with damp/wet towels sheets etc! Shower door was not cleaned properly hair was all over shower door and the bathroom floor!! The pullout couch is sunken in and my son couldn’t sleep on it! I will never stay at any of your properties again!!

  : This property features their pool and other facilities prominently in their listing - which was important to me as I was travel with family members. While filling in their onerous check-in process, they inform you that no services, including the pool, gym, etc. are available to renters - no exceptions. None of this information was available at the time of booking. I had to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute. And then the real kicker - they would not honor my cancelation requests! They have essentially ROBBED ME OF $1,000 using the booking.com platform. Stay away from this property & the shady people who run it at all cost.

  : The location was great. The Apartment was not up to par for the money spent. The floors were filthy and the cleaning crew should be replaced. One fob was broken, but the Kasa staff was very professional and assisted us in a timely manner.
  : Real clean apartment and to vacuum and steam the rugs. Also the walls have food marks on them and the walls should be cleaned thoroughly. The cable service is also very. cheap for the price one must pay.

  : We arrived to a toilet that would not flush and only one of two key fobs Despite making a request for repair and new key fob on arrival it took 2 days and 5 phone calls to get both resolved Everyone I dealt with was nice, but was unable to solve the problem until the 5th call 2 days later

  : Lots of pillows but no sheets or pillowcases for them, Minimal towels and only one washcloth which I thought was weirdly inappropriate. Needs better parking.
