  : The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable.
  : For starters, they didn’t have our reservation and no record of one. We had to create a reservation at the front desk and thankfully they had vacancies.The ice machine didn’t work. At all.The television didn’t work. The front desk was aware. They were apathetic- said they knew there are a lot of the rooms with television issues and weren’t really sure why.The toilet wouldn’t flush. Gross! It just wouldn’t empty out or refill due to “low flow”. It took DOZENS of flushes and never did get rid of the waste. Great water saver.The so-called breakfast was ridiculous. All carb, zero protein. I had my choice of bread, sweet roll, waffle, cereal, or muffin. With the number of diabetics and keto dieters, this rates an F. I’ve never seen one this bad. Glad we paid for the included breakfast. We went out to eat.$300.00 for two rooms for one night for this many problems? Never again.

  : well I booked the room through bookings.com and paid for the room in advance. they turned around and charged me again in my credit card!!! what is the sense of booking a room with you if they are going to charge me as well?!?
  : they charged my credit card again for the same stay!!! Not good business practice!!!

  : recently opened. a very well thought out design. plenty of amenities. would definitely stay there again.
  : only downside was that it is so new that some features still being activated. Another week or two and should be perfect.
