  : The pools were nice
  : Everything was broke in the room! The dishwasher was flooding the floor and dryer was broke and would not dry clothes.the door frames where rotting in the bathrooms to the point that a lizard fell out of it. The balcony door got jammed opened for over 2 days. When you turned the lights on they would just flicker the jetted tub was making a noise that sounded like it was going to explode. The staff was very rude! We have stayed at this location before and loved it so we decided to stay here again. That will never happen again. We where signed up for a breakfast without our knowledge until we got to check in and where told a $20 fee was charged to my credit card for said breakfast for a time share presentation and would be refunded after we attended the breakfast. the last time we went we where asked if we would like to do the presentation. we said no and nothing else was said our whole stay. This time we where not giving that option we where told it was 90 minutes we where there over 3 hours. I finally had to stand up from the table and tell them I was leaving after telling them for over 15 minutes I was not interested I would not be buying from them. I was then called in to another room to be told this person would sign us out. for two more people to ask me about purchasing this same package. The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing.
