  : The room had a noisy air-conditioning machine, it was impossible to sleep on the first night. We asked for a different room and they changed it, but toilet flush was noisy all night long... The hotel rooms are on the 4th floor, which can be accessed without going through the reception, which isn't that safe. The hotel needs to be renovated.
  : The location, right in the city center. The availability of the people at the reception, in particular the lady at night, very helpful. The parking, just crossroad.

  : Staff were amazing, location as central as could be
  : The way the hotel was run was, erm, different to say the least. There was absolutely no help to be had with getting our luggage out of the car, up to reception or the room.My husband had to take the stairs down to reception to tell them that he needed the lift on the 4th floor (as reception had to unlock the lift every time a guest wanted to use the lift past reception level). It would have been almost entertaining if my husband was not quite restricted by a bad knee. The room would have been very nice if a "renovation" in the 80ies had not brought in massive, completely out of place, dark, mirrored wardrobes, desk and mirrored imitation marble panels in that impaired the empire look the original design had aimed at. The headboard of the bed was quite damaged by scratches, the origin of which I don't even dare to speculate on.Additionally, don't arrive at breakfast too late (after 9) or you will be left with scraps. Altogether, a hotel that presented itself great on its website but whose management didn't live up to the promise of service and grandeur. Still, it would have tons of potential.

  : Location heart of the city close to all the cafes bars restaurants and shops.
  : It is very traditional in style which is part of its charm, the bathroom albeit clean and functional was a little dated and needed a shower.

  : Everything and the history ... the only thing and this will only apply to me, I prefer to be able to stay in a less expensive place ... otherwise it was very good and, please thank them all!

  : Location straight at the main square as intended. Room was spacious and sufficiently equipped. Bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. Public parking a few meters away only.
  : Breakfast selection mediocre. Food and drinks lack taste and quality, and do by no means meet the expectations according to star rating and price. As the windows faced the square windows could not be kept open during the night. Bathroom with bath tub and shower curtain (!), tub gets super slippery while in use and no handle for safety - quite bad to my taste.

  : When I checked in last midnight, the night shift receptionist was very very very nice!
  : Although yesterday the night shift receptionist is very very very good, special enthusiasm and always asked whether I need to sit down in the hall to eat snacks or drink water, but today's day shift receptionist is really very very very bad, yesterday I spent nearly 80 of two person's price to my own accommodation, and officially checked in the middle of the night, I didn't even enjoy half of the service what I should receive. Today's day receptionist don't even want to let me sit down in the hall to rest for a while, I don't need snacks also don't need water, just because I hang out a day and so tired, what I just only want is to sit on the sofa to have a rest, then I will go to the airport, even can't meet so simple request, today the day shift receptionist even press the elevator so many times to drive me away, which makes me feel so angry!

  : The room was stuffy and the curtains desperately need a steam clean. Its old style, which is fine, but it shouldnt smell stuffy.
