Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel

  : 3rd time at a Mitsis and as always the staff are excellent. They are extremely efficient and friendly. This was our 1st time at the Ramira but we stayed at the Mitsis Laguana twice before. The Ramira was not quite the same standard as the Laguna but we had the best time at the Ramira. First it's a great location right on the beach and had a nice breeze to take the edge off the heat. It's also close to Kos Town which made it convenient for days out and a change of scenery. I highly recommend renting a bike to cycle to Kos Town. It's only 4K, flat path and a cycle path all the way. It's all inclusive so there's no chance of being hungry. The dining room has a great selection of food. Highly recommend. In fact, we've booked again for next year.
  : The airconditioning in the room was not very good. It took ages to cool down and also switched off everytime we went to the balcony. The food was a little oily and even salads had rich sauces. We would have preferred some lighter options. As usual now, too many pool and beach loungers reserved with towels. They need to be removed.

  : it was clean, the rooms are big and comfortable, plenty of sun-beds around the pools . the beach and beach bar were great.
  : having to wait for drinks at night. it is all waiter service and it is a very busy hotel. they could do with a bar where you can go and get drinks yourself. the staff were great but very busy.

  : The pool area was lovely and the staff were very pleasant. The a la carte restaurants were great with lovely food.
  : Much of the information on the website was misleading with many of the timings being incorrect around when certain foods were available etc. we paid extra to have a room with a private pool but it was in the shade and therefore we got no use out of it whatsoever.
