  : Clean. Decent restaurant with some staff speaking English.
  : * Booked a 30 sq. meteres apartment, got a maybe a 30 sq. feet room in the attick.* Booked apartment with 3 real beds. The third one was just a narrow folding bed, with thin and unusable matress.* Booked with 123 euro, paid like 135. Just because. Booking.com trusted the hotel saying it was ok. They seem to have skipped math in school.* Part of the extra was some 120 CZK I don' t know what for. The invoice was not in English, and I skipped my Czech clases.* Paid a deposit of 200 CZK for the key cards. In XXI century. They had my credit card as a guarantee. But the needed that deposit.* Returned the deposit in cash. No use of it in my last day Czech Rep. (for good, as the first impression was a of cheaters; shame on you this time, shame on me if I return to fool me again).* Returning to the beds... Squeezed under the roof, lot of head bumpers. All 3 of us, as the folding bed was unusable. I wonder how they clean under the beds. Or do they?* Folding bed - blocked the access to window and collapsed with the child when climbing to window. Many unstable and missing parts, but it was the training for the adventure park, right?* All pillows thin and overused.* No one to talk to - front desk a mile away, in Vista Hotel; only one English speaker in front desk.* Cleaning staff rude and no english.* No english menu in restaurant.* Seems a heartless industry for making money, never mind the happyness or unforgetable moments for paying tourists.

  : Comfortable rooms with small kitchen. Great restaurant with space outside by a mountain stream. Very nice children's playground. Tasty breakfasts. Great bicycle storage room.

  : Overall it was a good stay. Rooms where clean and comfy in a good standard. The food in the restaurant downstairs was great. The breakfeast was also great. There's a storage room for bikes/skiis which is nice.
  : The only thing I didn't like was accomodation. It turned out that reception is in totally different location than Penzion Tereska (it was in Wellnes Hotel Vista). While this wasn't a big deal, it turned out also that they didn't have our reservation "in their system" ... After some time, they managed to find it.. although the price was higher than on booking.com when i was making the reservation. So this part wasn't cool.
