  : When I arrived in my room, there were wine stains on the end table by the sofa. I took a picture before cleaning it up myself. I shared my finding and photo with the front desk and they thanked. Me. Later, when I took a shower, I found w toothbrushes in the shower caddy. Surprisingly disgusting. When I checked out in the morning, I shared a picture as well. I didn't ask for a discount, it I thought it would go without saying that if I didn't get any consideration, your organization would at least not have the audacity to send me a survey. As a result, I posted my findings on social media, which has a considerable following.
  : It would have been smart to offer me a make good on my sub par experience, but that ship.jas sailed. I would change your policy or train and empower your employees to call an audible to turn my attitude and perception of the brand when it mattered most.
