  : This property is extremely unfit number one it has an aunt and spider and bedbugs infestation and we contacted their names on the inside of the owner and the person taking care of the property and the person taking care of the property said her hands are tied that Id have to contact the owner yet he never responded to me first of all all the bugs and ants and then to see the bedbugs was horrific just so you know the beds are only wooden slats with one mattress very uncomfortable the stairs are extremely steep going up and down and the rails on the side is broken they have a pool table with sticks with no cues so you really cant play pool none of the TVs work the fan which is the only fan in the kitchen area for ventilation doesnt work the lights in most of the bedrooms didnt work and its pitch black the towels that they left for us to use actually look like a rag you would wash your car with if they were frayed on the sides its horrific and dont let it fool you it says it has a coffee pot blender and all that kind of stuff theres all missing pieces its just this whole place was mistake I was looking to sit out on the porch and have my coffee in the morning and you cant even sit outside on the porch the chairs are all broken it is so rickety and so bad its just unfortunate what a horrible horrible place and a horrible thing to happen for a small little getaway I literally had to scramble to find a new place to go to on Saturday morning there was no way I was staying there there

  : it was very spacious and comfortable. it is in a quiet area so it was very relaxing. Plenty of room and sitting. very tidy.
  : this was the first place we ever rented that lacked some amenities. i know we are supposed to bring stuff but there was no salt, and only a keurig but no coffee pods. all the plates were and most cups were plastic which is great for kids but not so appealing for adults. The toaster oven is very old and not so appealing. the fridge was missing a lot of the compartments that help put food on the sides so we crammed everything. dont get me wrong its a nice place and location is gray but for almost $1,000 I did expect more. we could not watch tv and could mot adjust the nest so the whole time it was hot in the house.

  : Cabin was dirty upon arrival, had no towels, roaches in the bed on second floor, place was not an easy find, care takers are not taking care of this place. Stove was not clean, bed on first floor had no box spring, extremely hard. Will not recommend

  : The home was nicely played out and provided enough room doe everyone in our party. There were a few things that were disappointing. First the electricity in the upstairs did not work at all. We used the room but when I contacted the manager they did not offer to send anyone out but instead kept stating they could not rech the owner. Second we could not use the hot tub because there were no clear instructions on how to open it and we were not sure where to fi d the key. Third TVs were all hooked up to a computer systems with no instructions on how to use them. We had 4 TV's in the house but could only get one to operate. Again the manager never sent anyone out to assist us. Fourth, we had 11 people in our party and 7 bath towels. I believe with more preperation and clearer instructions on how to operate the electronics and how to access the hot tub future guest will have a more enjoyable stay.

  : House was spacious and generally clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good
  : The kitchen was extremely poorly supplied. There were 2 coffee pots that did not go together. No baking sheets so oven was useless . Tried to reach out to Evolve with numbers and emails they sent me but no response all weekend. No extra blankets; no soap in any of the bathrooms. Not enough towels andextremely poor quality. No book to suggest things to do in the area . The TVs were very hard to figure out.
