  : Even though we did not request daily room cleaning, housekeeping left a trash bag on the chair outside the room with fresh towels, coffee and cups. It was nice. Loved that there were chairs in the back so that we could sit out and listen to the creek and see the wildlife. The front of the motel looked nice, big pots of flowers, a community BBQ and tables and a new looking play area for the kids.
  : We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, there was zero counter space. Everything was so cramped that you had to move things onto the floor to have space. Also, had to unplug the light under the shelf in the kitchen (that was installed wrong so that when you turn it on it would blind you) so you could plug in the coffee maker, you couldnt use both at the same time. The room also had a heavy mildew smell.

  : Location is GREAT Very close to the village of Lake George as well as all the outlet stores. There is a major grocery store close by as well. The property has a beautiful brook. Outdoor pool is nice (although a little chilly at first). They do not offer breakfast but there is a community kitchen available as well as outside grills and picnic tables. They have a little play area for the little ones. There is an awesome pizza place right across the street as well. We come to Lake George every summer for a family reunion and have been staying at the Brookside for more than 15 years. If you're not looking for fancy, but looking for a nice peaceful relaxing place Brookside is the place to stay!!
  : Truthfully, I have stayed at the Brookside for years and I am never disappointed!
