  : Great location, nice kitchen and bathroom linen was clean. Unfortunately I can’t find anything else I liked.
  : When we found out about check-in and check-out times that (16:00/in 10:00/out) which was not communicated effectively we wanted to cancel the reservation and opted for a refund. We were told the extra time was needed to make sure the unit was cleaned to CoVid protocol standards. So of the things we didn’t like were the lack of flexibility with check-in and check-out times, lack of flexibility on full refund, the lack of cleaning done even though this was the big reason for the lack of flexibility on the times. There was dog hair all over the couch, the living room floor and was not swept, and areas were not dusted. The bathroom had mold growing and a window that didn’t latch properly. The second floor of the unit (sleeping loft) had a filthy and unpleasant smelling dog bed sitting under the window. The top cover/comforter of the bed had a condiment cup top with a dried white substance on it which was also on the comforter. The comforter was also covered with dog hair including the pillows. The extra bedding smelled unlaundered and there was a door within the closet that led to a scary dark place.
