  : The hotel is OFF the strip, which is what we wanted. They probably need to start advertising their proximity to The Sphere - especially since Booking.com has pretty regular advertising on The Sphere. The hotel is located less than a mile away. Bottom line, it is NOT a 5-star hotel, but gives GREAT flexibility for a trip to Vegas for a family. We stocked the fridge for most of our meals, and used the cooking options in the room.
  : The staff did what they could - despite seemingly having significant staffing challenges. We had 2 other family members staying in other rooms and they had issues getting their rooms on time.

  : The room was spacious. The gentleman who worked the midnight shift was very nice and welcoming, as well the gentleman on Saturday and the nice woman who checked us out on Sunday.
  : The staff member when I checked in was not welcoming. The hallway had a funky smell. The pool was not clean. It had a plastic bag in it and the jacuzzi had gooey stuff inside, worst then the pool. The handle was broke to get inside the building. The air conditioning system was broke and it left the room hot. One of stove top handle was broken it took longer to cook food with one burner working. Paying ten dollars a day for parking just to have random people coming in and out parking behind your vehicle like they trying to break in had me feeling uncomfortable. I had to go to my car several times just to make sure it was nothing happening even had to move my car a couple of times to different spots. It’s time for an update.
