  : The hotel room itself was nice. It had a very comfortable king bed and an equally comfortable pull out sofa bed. Perfect for a small family of 4. However, late night staff wasn't very helpful when trying to figure out issues, the hotel refused to take my card, there wasn't very many options for breakfast and the pool was closed for some reason, so they were sending people who wanted to swim to another hotel. The price on booking also didn't reflect the actual price once we were there. Not sure this hotel is worth almost $500 for 2 nights due to those issues we had.

  : I was expecting a bit more services. We reserved it for four adults and the Couch which was a convertible bed was absolutely uncomfortable. Requested for extra pillow for two adults, and they did not have them and instead we were provided with some back cushions. No other amenities provided in the bathroom. The Shampoo/body wash was very ordinary.
  : To make it more Marriott standard which to me was not!

  : The staff was courteous.
  : The expectation of a comfortable night was not met. We had three children who were tired. We had to wait in the lobby for one hour for our rooms to be ready. The swimming pool was closed, the toilet in one of our rooms backed-up and would not flush and the bathroom in one of our rooms was not well cleaned and had hair in the sink drain.
