  : Nothing - tried to cancel 12 days out for medical issue - they wouldnt help or waive like most hotels would . I called and emailed multiple time to reach them .ine time only picked up phone and told me I shouldnt have booked with booking .com otherwise they might have given extra month to use ( wasnt going to be there for fee more years )- but attitude saying couldnt help because I used booking.com shouldnt be . Hotel didnt resend to booking.com either ( they tried 2x as well the usual process and they also didnt get response).. when hotel responded to one email from me , it only said I have to go through booking.com for deposit waiver ( which has to be approved by hotel )- just gives round around - highly disappointed- during spring break , the room I paid for which they wouldnt give money back for sure was booked and used so the are getting double money

  : The VERY loud outside music and talking till 11:30 was a bit much. Especially since the rules STRESSED that you would be asked leave immediately. The louder the music the louder the talking

  : The location was good for fishing from nearby bridges.
  : The pictures on the website are misleading. The room I was put in did not have a view as shown and I had to wait a night to get the room I booked. The rooms were very outdated and had very small showers.
