The cable car and several cross-country ski runs are in the immediate vicinity of Hotel Klockerhof. : A 4 stars hotel and a superior room where a bottle of water is not to be founded in the room. But also no bottled water in breakfast but from a machine (see photos) from which you need to press a button 2 minutes to get 4 fingers of water in a small glass!! Drinking half a liter water has been the exercise of the day. Breakfast without any kind of sweet pastry!!! and regarding fresh fruit only small bowl of fruit salad and wrinkly apples. Have a look to the mini napkins, again 4 stars hotelWe arrived at 20:30h, kitchen and restaurant closes at 20:00 h. Upon arrival no apparent place to park so that we tried directly the underground parking. After 5 minutes calling to the reception to ask for permission without response we decided to enter. Later - after finding a place to eat - we had to take the car out cause it was not included in the room rate. A relevant signal of service level when no other guest is to be expected at that time and we arrived so late that the only thing we could enjoy of our room was the bed cause of course spa and everything closed.Last but not least you get you two room cards without even a small paper folder where your room number is written. Since our memory is still good enough we could remember it was 11 or 12 cause the room signage was not helping, upon check-out they reconfirmed we were in room 12.

: - The Staff was very friendly- Sauna was nice
: - Common areas were almost non existent, (just a very small bar beside the reception, too small for all the guests) we were forced to stay in our room- Food quality was not very gut, for vegetarians there was basically no choice.- The room was not very nice (bathroom extremely small), but the price was not low

: Nice location for summer activities, excellent breakfast, strong wifi signal, pleasant helpful staff. Three-course dinner - satisfactory, corresponds to the price. Superior room with view to Zugspitze really good.
