  : We really loved the location of the hotel and the Reception staff are so friendly and helpful. I requested an extension of our check-out because our son was still having fun in the Game room. The staff willingly obliged. We are already thinking of going back there next year. Thank you for the lovely stay.
  : The bar closed early in the evening. We came back from Alta Lumina at around 11:00 and there was no one at the bar anymore, although the guests were still around. The other issue we had was in the restaurant La Biskatcha. The food was great but the service was a bit slow. My husband asked the young lady who served us wine what time would our dinner be served, because we waited 45 mins before our Starter was served. We were just concerned that the main dish would take as long to arrive and we had an appointment to catch. The response from the young lady was a bit arrogant. But, she was the only one who behaved that way, the other Service staff were very kind and friendly.

  : Very kind and helpful staff. We didn't stay long as we had a bunch of things planned but it was really nice to stay there and ai especially loved the books availble in the fireplace room.

  : The location was great and so were the spa facilities but when you pay 500 a night you expect something good.
  : it was not worth the money pure and simple, then you add on top the noise and the amount of kids, it was a bit mental. Kids are kids and make noise, i should have done better research before but if you stay then you must love those sweet little bambinos - can i say that? oh well. Cleaners also start well early so if the kids dont get you rest assured there is a backup plan.
