  : I have a registered PSD service dog and upon my arrival in the lobby he barked at a group leaving the hotel. Now mind you this was after a 800 mile trip,I had him contained in a carrier, and he only weighs 2.5 pounds. The group was being rather loud because they had small children. It’s my dogs job due to my PSD to intervene and try to get my attention when people are approaching. He usually does this by touching me but since he was in a carrier he barked. I informed staff that he did so and not to worry he was not aggressive that he is a PSD service animal and showed them his credentials. They gave me my room key and all seemed fine. About a hour later I received a call from the front desk stating that I had to leave the hotel because he barked and might be a danger to the other guests. They actually used the word vicious. I ended up packing my bags and staying at the Holiday Inn Express.

  : Very spacious room and super convenient location.
  : I had followed the “rules” for towels and the cleaning staff replaced our towels the first day, second day the towels on the floor were left there and they took our soap without replacing it.
