  : Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bed bug free.
  : Refrigerator seal was filthy, freezer needs defrosted, tops of light fixtures very dusty, crusty material on dust ruffle, toilet seat was loose, air conditioner was old and did not perform well unless turned way down.

  : No hot water. Staff just said I didnt let it run long enough and made excuses. We ran it for two showers and it never got warm. They offered no discount for room. Didnt report till checkout because we didnt want the hassle of changing rooms.

  : I liked nothing about this place! I booked a double queen bed room. I was given a double full bed. I went back and asked for what I booked. I was then given a double queen bed room. We got in the room, it was filthy. It had dead Beatles all along the the floors. Everything was dusty. The bathroom smelled like there were plumbing issues. The bathtub had hair all in the drain and on the walls. The drawer was full of roaches, which we dod not know until leaving because we never use the dressers at hotels. We just happen to open it to make sure the kids did not put anything in it.Everytime I asked for fresh towels or pool towels they could not give them because they were being washed. I had to ask for a blow dryer because the room did not have one. Also on the last day, I pulled the sheets off the bed and the case around the matress looked like it had poop on it. How disgusting! The pool was decent but not clean, clean. I have never had a problem staying at this hotel until this trip. I will not be booking here ever again.

  : The hotel was very nasty dirty sheets and blankets dead roaches and other bugs everywhere management was very rude and harnesses your children room services was very poor towles was dirty broken appliances no fire alarms the nastiest place ever
