  : The attitude of the staff was absolutely abusive. The communication was bad, they didnt accommodate our requests for preparing the sofa for sleeping and there were no towels. When we tried to address the issues calmly, we were practically blamed for everything, no accountability nor any desire to resolve the situation. I am in the process of reporting this property. Dont stay there!

  : Just the location and one of the managers was nice in the first day gave me a lift because I didnt know the key collection was really far from the actual apartment and I was carrying heavy bags.
  : They change my flat due to maintenance problems. The new flat they have put me in was inferior standard than the one that I have booked. The flat was really cold the air conditioning does work properly and also the kitchen and bathroom windows are permanently open its not possible to close them . So when you get out of the shower you freeze. There are mosquitoes all over the house constantly coming in from the windows. The window shutters were broken do spent most of the time in the dark. But the worse thing was the toilet flusher that was broken! They called the technician who came 3 times ( not wearing mask in two of the occasions) he fixed but after a while the flusher was broken again. One of the times the managers of this flat gave the keys to the technician and he just came inside the house without waiting for me to open the door! This was a terrible experience and privacy invasion! You DO NOT recommend this flat or Ostia holidays at all! My stay here was a living nightmare and quite expensive for the quality of the accommodation.

  : Ok location.
  : Wifi did not work. Contacted the staff and they did not fix. Then realised from feedback that it has beed down for months, they just do not care. Walls thin and voices from neigbours really loud. Kitchen equiped with really mixed bag of items..tv's did not work. List goes on and on..

  : We were given another apartment, they explained this by the fact that there was no hot water in Tramontana's apartment. We lived near the sea and we had our own yard. We liked it very much.
  : We asked to fix the lock in the door to the courtyard, but no one came.

  : No Breakfast, this was an apartment. The coffee mugs from the cabinet were dirty. I was really disappointed because the apartment looked nothing like the photograph that I saw online that made me choose this unit. We chose this apartment because it was a 16-minute taxi ride to the airport, and I was leaving for home on an international flight at 11:00 am. So, if I was to say what I liked about the apartment it would be the location, quick trip to the airport. Unfortunately, I did not like much else.
  : The decor was old, worn, not pleasant in any way. The apartment was dirty, with stains of red ink on the bathroom counter tops which gave the impression that the cleaning service could not have cared less. It also gave the impression that owner and rental agency were clueless to the condition of the apartment they were renting. Or they didn't care either.
