  : For the first time when I give a negative review to a hotel I stayed in, I really tried to find good parts, apart from its central location, otherwise everything was a disaster. You had to have breakfast at another hotel located 4 km away, because the one served in the room by a catering company was impossible to eat and disgusting. Access to go to the roof to sit on their terrace was closed. Besides the fact that water flows in all the joints in the bathroom, in the middle of the stay the water in the bathroom started to flow from above, perfectly! We paid for the hotel in February, now the prices are half for the same period because the services offered are much less than when there was no Covid virus. I understand that some restrictions are due to the Covid virus, but if I still paid double the current price I should have either been reimbursed part of the money or let me know in advance that they can no longer offer the same services and I cancel booking or accepting the new conditions for less money.

  : Room was too small, had a garden view. In the garden there is a bird nest, so no sleep at all!

  : The hotel location is perfect. It's close to the beach and the port. There are many restaurants and shops around. Everything is within walking distance.
  : The hygiene of the room was bad. Because of Covid-19 the dining room was closed. The breakfast was delivered by an external company and it wasn't up to standard but the staff of the hotel did what was necessary to fix it after we told them.

  : The staff was really nice. The view was great, room looked like in the pictures and the bed was comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day.
  : The pool was way to small to be called a pool. There was not a large selection of food for breakfast.

  : Hotel staff was very nice
  : Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was very nice from an interior design perspective but the room was not well kept. The furniture seemed new but the bathroom door was broken, the ACs flap was broken and there was no hot water when we arrived or the next day.

  : the location was great. staff were very friendly. breakfast was yummy!staff arranged a lovely massage at their sister hotel as a 10th anniversary present which was so kind and really enjoyable!

  : So many things was broken, have no a person who stay on the reception. You have a question or you need something there are no person. You must say to clean your room but even then they dont clean everything
