  : The only redeeming quality of this property was that it was right on the beach and I could sit at the bay windows and just enjoy the scenery. The large bed in the living room was comfortable
  : It was cold. I was told two days before my arrival the the fireplace did not work but there was heat in the unit. The two heaters had to be run all day just to warm the large room up enough at night so that we did not freeze. The one main bedroom never had any heat in it and was not even usable due to how cold it was in there. Both bathrooms did not have hot water to the faucet. There was a lot of construction going on next door, it wasn't really noisy but there was junk and garbage all around, plus it was obvious that Meredith did not care about the up keep of the house, there were a lot of repairs that needed to be attended to. Basically could not use half of the unit, due to it being cold. When I did call to complain about the fireplace not working, I was not given a resolution but instead told if I am unhappy with the accommodations I can "always leave a bad review if you like". NOOOO customer service skills at all!

  : The View Was awesome to get to the beach was a little way too the north and not to hard to get on too the house seemed to have everything we needed and if you needed anything stores Weren't that far away
  : It could of had a Barbecue. Other then that we had no Complaints

  : The house could have been a bit cleaner. There was hair on the toilet and the duvet comforter had some blood stains on it. Carpet is a little dirty.

  : Located right on the beach with an awesome view out the giant front windows. Close to a park. On a quiet street.
  : Construction going on next door with a giant pile of debris to walk by to get into the house. No WIFI or cable (what rental doesnt come with those?). Was unable to access the guest portal.

  : Poor outdoor lighting. The entry door is falling apart. Place needs a lot of updating.
