  : New updated deep soaking tub with shower and plenty of hot water
  : The carpet was disgusting. It was obvious that the carpet was extremely old. Also the room was smelly like old mold and mildew. One of the drawers in the dresser was missing its front. The furniture was extremely dated which would not be a problem but it was also missing parts. The bed was firm. I was surprised by the bedspread that also look like it was from the 1970s it's possible that they are slowly remodeling this room since the bathroom looked great. Fortunately I only needed a place to sleep however I saw the discount price at $50 yet with all the taxes and fees and cleaning fee it came out to be over 100, and this room definitely was not worth that much money.

  : The view was exceptional! I got better pictures from the windows than I did from driving around the area. Having a full-sized refrigerator was convenient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.
  : It would be nice to have somewhere to unpack our bags and hang a few things. The only bureau was full of extra sheets and blankets. The only place to hang anything was directly over the bed and so it was useless.

  : When we arrived, the room smelled like urine. We tried to contact anybody to discuss it, and because it is an outside company that does the rentals there was nobody to help. Eventually, they agreed to cancel the reservation and we stayed somewhere else. It is now been over a month and I am fighting with them to refund the money that they told me they would give me on the first day. I would avoid this company like they would give you herpes.
  : The room smelled, and the company is impossible to deal with.

  : We stayed in two different rooms because of availability. The first room #1 we could not get in to. Had to call for help the gentleman that answered asked me for my phone number incase we got cut off. He did various different things to try to get us in nothing worked. We did end up getting cut off I waited 10 minutes but he never called back. I had to call again and that person finally gave me a code to a lock box for a key. Just as we got in a woman from around the corner in # 5 asked us if she could use our bathroom because she couldn't get in her place either. The person next to us in # 2 had to get in by the lock box too. I understand that sometimes things break down and that is not a problem the problem was he didn't call me back. The next day we moved to cabin #2. They need to fix the bed there one side is sloped down because the room is slopped. My poor husband felt like he was going to roll out of bed. I went to get a drink and found that there wasn't even a glass to drink from. I used a coffee cup which did the trick but there really should be glasses. I am not very pleased that we were charged a 68.00 cleaning fee for the first room which all we did was sleep in. I'm only giving this review so that maybe they can look into these issues, at least the bed. We stayed there last year to see the Ice Castles and it was fantastic. Also want to say a special thank you to Hillary the property manager she was very helpful. I do intend to stay there again.
