Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : The property is ideally located with river views and a walking distance to most city attractions. The apartment is modern, large and very clean with 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen with washing machine. There is a fantastic restaurant downstairs and another immediately across the road.
  : The stair area up to the apartment often had a very bad smell due to the bins with local restaurant waste and other residents leaving bags with animal faeces.

  : very nice apartment, well equiped, nice location, spacious.
  : the checking in and collecting the key was worthless. Took a lot of extra time to go to and find the office (3 km from the apartment!) and there was absolutely no guidance in finding the apartment. The taxi driver could not find it and the locals (allthough very helpfull) also did not know where this house number was. So i spent an extra one and a half hour getting the keys and then finding the apartment.

  : Its an old historical flat freshly renovated. You will literally notice the old tiles, hardwood, stones, wooden doors and shutters mixed with modern interior. I especially loved the big bathroom in the bedroom which again was a mix of old and new tiles. Note, that it can be ideal only for couples/solo travellers as the entire bathroom has transparent wall/door. The location is very good as its 3 min far from Santa Apolnia train/metro station, 20 min walk from Praa do Comrcio (main square). The view is nice, looks straight to the river although its on the first floor and the buildings in front do not allow to enjoy the river view completely. The flat was clean, equipped with everything you will need. Also if you like to cook sometimes, the closest grocery Pingo Doce is located inside the train/metro station Santa Apolnia.
  : Sometimes it can be noisy and since the building is old, it can shake/vibrate when the neighbours walk and shut the doors loud. Its strange but you get used to that. Some of the dishes were not properly washed and I had to rewash in order to use.

  : Close to the downtown area, big flea market and transportation options. There was a bus stop right in front. Our flight was horribly delayed; the property was in constant reach and delivered the keys via a messenger.
  : TV was small.
