  : Clean and lean.
  : I was there on a business trip. Therefore I needed an invoice and of course a receipt for 30 late check in and 8 city taxes I had to pay in cash to the person giving me the keys. After several mails and calls I got a receipt for the appartment but my request for a receipt for the cash paid amount is consequently ignored. This is not acceptable.

  : Spacious apartment with nice terrace. Very good location, close to many restaurants and Mini Preco market.
  : Organisation was not good. We arrived at 7:30 PM and apartment was not ready. After it was cleaned we did not get towels. Wi-Fi was not working for the firts two days, I reported it many times but it took too long to fix it.

  : The location is in 15-20 walking from the Don Pedro IV square. The apartment was clean.
  : The company has policy about late arrival. We had to pay 30 EUR in cash (no receipt provided) because we arrived after 22:00 (flight delayed). The photos of the apartment is actually collection of the best views from all of the apartments and therefore do not show the real situation. You should buy the wine bottles on the photos yourself. The TV wasn't working - it always reported "No Signal". The shower was poor and ugly. Better rent something else if you have a slight possibility to arrive after 18:00 or before 9:00.

  : Good location closed to Avenida.
  : Ground floor flat to the street so its round-the-clock noisy. Communication about where to get the keys for the property was a bit lacking, and the front door lock requires a tutorial! Managed to get hold of the staff but can imagine people getting panicky if they just landed Lisbon with no internet access, just to find a black door with no management or contact number on site.

  : After being advised that we could go directly to the property where someone would meet us with the key, this was changed after we arrived at airport so we had to go to the office location for the key. That was not too much of a problem but there were no instructions given as to which apartment we were staying in once in building. Had to phone office to get this information. Also the lock on the door from the street was very difficult to operate and was changed during our stay. No information sheet in apartment re disposal of rubbish or any other helpful hints.

  : Great place. But 0 customer support. They will happily take your money and communicate that with automated messages. But once you check our, when you ask for an invoice there is 0 response. I went back 4 time to ask for my invoice!!! Then I asked booking.com 2 times. then again and again. At this point I still do not have an invoice for my stay. If you need to customer support it is a great property, but if you need something from them, you better find something else, as it will triple your frustration, compared how lovely the apartment and neighborhood are. Typical example of customer support ruining your overall experience because of only caring to take your money and nothing else.
  : Zero customer support - 7 people replying, asking the same thing over and over and then no follow-up. Shocking and unprofessional.

  : It was a great apartment. It was nicer and comfortable. It helped so much in Portugal.

  : The apartment is very modern, spacious and clean.
  : The streets can be a bit noisy outside, particularly when bins are being collected and also there was no rubbish bin in the property and we were not told where to put rubbish. We only found 2 small bathroom bins and thought it was odd there wasnt a bin in the kitchen.
