  : Best selling points:- location, right in the heart of Lisbon, you can walk anywhere basically- 1 parking place available (otherwise its impossible and expensive to park in the area)- the apartment has nice areas and is well equipped
  : Things to improve:- there were some small elements broken (light hanging from the ceiling on the bathroom, one of the double washbasin didnt work properly) - communication with the agency is null after check-in. We communicated this problems and never got an answer- basic needs: for one week and 2 adults we were given 2 toilet paper rolls is such a small thing, but it doesnt make sense to me is youre striving to receive well the guest to leave them without toilet paper - the building itself is quite labyrinthine so a detailed map of how do you actually get to the apartment would be useful for the first time you walk in

  : I liked everything about the apartment. Spacious, well-equipped and centrally located, perfect to explore the city. Super recommended!
  : You have to collect the keys in the property manager's offices, quite far from the apartment (only reachable by car or public transport). One of the bathroom sinks was a bit clogged.

  : Pros:-Great location-Nice apartment with modern amenities-The individual who checked us in was very nice and accommodating -The parking garage was a great bonus-The shutters over the windows were great for sleeping in as we recovered from jet lag
  : Cons:-The apartment had no essentials (hand soap, dishwasher detergent,laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc) which forced us to purchase way more than we needed of everything-The washer error'd every time we ran it-There are no mats in the bathroom or bathtub and it is a very slippery surface. I slipped and ended up with a huge gash across my forehead-The air conditioner didn't seem to work (or at least function properly based on what we set it at)-The water pressure in the sinks in the bathroom is extremely high for some reason and water sprays everywhere if you aren't careful

  : the apartment was big and comfortable and very facilitated.
  : there was not enough light in the apartment especially if you wish to put some make up the lights are not enough. Checkin procedure was complicated. u need to go to one address to pick us the keys and the apartment is in another area.

  : The apartment is very comfortable. It has a fully outfitted kitchen. You could live long-term in this apartment. The 28E tram stops right outside going in both directions. The neighborhood is Bairro Alto. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and cafs nearby. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Parking is included in the underground garage. You can leave the key in the apartment when you leave.
  : It's necessary to go to the office of the management company across town to check in and pick up the key. The only consumable in the apartment is toilet paper. Bring your own soap, shampoo, clothes detergent, dish detergent, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee pods, napkins, etc. You get the idea.The apartment is very hard to find once you're in the complex. From the front door go past the mailboxes, turn right and go across the courtyard. Follow the sign to Block 3. It's a short hallway. Take the elevator down to Floor 0 and you're there. There's not a lot of light inside.

  : excellent location, apartment is big
  : it wasnt clean- there were somebodys hair on the floor of the bathroom and also in the bathtub, bathtub wasnt clean, all the dishes were dirty. There is dishwasher but no capsules also no detergent for handwasnig the dishes. Actually there is nothing for cleaning in the whole apartment

  : This property was in a superb location, walking distance within the main areas.Lots of facilities to use, such as washing machine, hair dryer etc
  : The lighting in the apartment was poor and it really lacked lighting in the bedroomNo floor length mirror! They didnt provide enough toilet paper

  : The location of the place was very central, the rooms were big and very quiet. There is carparking space, considered a big plus as carparking in Lisbon is pricey and hard to find.
  : Difficulty in getting the keys as it is in a different location that is quite far, finding parking at that area when collecting the key is difficult and a hassle as it is really busy. Poor instructions for check in and check out. Extremely unlucky as the whole hoo-ha resulted in a parking ticket fine. Lots of equipment, ie dishwasher, coffee machine is provided, but the absent of dish washing tablet, washing liquid, coffee or tea pods rendered it useless if its not for a long stay.
