: The interiors are styled nicely and good location.
: When we first arrived at the apartment we were impressed with the overall interiors and the way the apartment was styled. However the longer we stayed here the more issues we encountered. First, was the issues of the ants. The very first time we cooked in the flat we soon realised the bedroom had an ant problem, there were ants everywhere all over the floor and in the sleeping quarters. We soon realised they were all coming from under the wardrobes, we then contacted the host to ask them if they could get someone to sort it out and the only suggestion they gave us was for US to go out and buy ant cleaner and sort it out ourselves. They offered little to no help and left us to deal with it, which was extremely unhelpful. Second, we realised after the first day the shower only runs hot water for a maximum of 5 minutes before its freezing cold again. And lastly the noise, the overall location is great and its incredible easy to get to the metro station. However the walls were so paper thin you can hear absolutely everything.Overall I would definitely not recommend this place and would not stay again, mostly because of the lack of customer service and help when we did have a problem.

: The apartment was clean.
: The apartment is very dark, there is only one small window. The facility is not meant for 4 people even tho you can book for this amount. There was 2 mugs, 3 wine glasses, 4 normal glasses, 3 big and 3 small plates, no bowls. Contact with staff was ok but I haven't got an reply about earlier check-in.

: Liked The location was okay. The interior was not exactly what the photos displayed. The furniture was the same but it was dark and very humid/congested in the apartment. Did not stay here. Not as advertised. Not as advertised. Staff and communication was completely unhelpful.
: Disliked Smells like cigarettes and urine. Possibly contained mold because you can smell something very foul. No type of air conditioning. No ability to open windows. The apartment was very dark. Not as advertised. Staff and communication was completely unhelpful.
