  : Location was fab! Apartment has huge potential, but sadly the whole place is just a little tired.
  : We were unfortunately given the wrong door code, after a long day travelling sat in a stairwell awaiting a new code wasnt ideal. The bathrooms were pretty mouldy which didnt make for comfortable showering. Lack of aircon wasnt ideal, ac units were provided but werent the best.

  : Spacious apartment, incredible location. Bed was comfortable.
  : No AC except for a mall fan 'AC'. The ad says there's no AC and that it provides an AC UNIT. The unit is a metre high, 20vm wide fan with a small water reservoir at the bottom that requires constant filling up with ice for it to have a chance of pumping out even moderately cold air. The water was stagnant and yellow when I opened it. very noisy construction with windows open (had to open windows for air as AC is inadequate. , random cleaner entered without permission while we were out, and we had valuables, cash and passports lying around. Terrible response from management. The view from the open patio doors on 1B apartment is a row of bins and a filthy wall. The area stinks as it's bins.

  : Air conditioning wasnt working. We were informed of this 2 days before our arrival but it was too late for us to cancel and try to rebook elsewhere. 2 portable air con units were supplied for the bedrooms, they kept the air moving but were noisy.There is also major construction work happening next door which we didnt know about. Vibration and noise from Jack hammer from 8am til 5. Annoying.

  : The location and the washer/dryer
  : The A/C was not working. They gave us one fancy fan for the two room apartment. When I asked for help they told me to open a window at night. The windows open to an alley and backs up to the laundry facility of the building. So heat billows out all day. So opening a window made it worse. They only told us about the A/C after we paid an extra fee to get the access code to the room. Looking at the comments the A/C has been out all summer. I'm sorry we booked early and didn't see these reviews. This seems like false advertising to me as it's been months. They should have told us long enough in advance to be able to book a different place. And they should not be holding anyone to the cancellation policy. And Booking.com should not allow them to advertise on this site as they are engaging in false advertising.

  : Nicely renovated and stylish
  : Whoever wants to live here, do be mindful that AIRCON is NOT a commodity. No compensation and no cancellations in case their ACs are not working. Lisbon weather is pretty hot, especially in the afternoon. Got bars nearby, so you wouldnt want to open the windows as it is quite noisy.Beware of your choice. We were barely able to sleep and at last got two electric fans from the host to make our life easier there. Glad that I only booked 2 nights but not more. I
